Gourmet Artichoke Dip - Ryan Halsey 2 cup mayo (real mayo, not that disgusting miracle whip) 2 cup sour cream (again, real) 4 tbsp minced garlic (or more, you can never have too much garlic) 3/4 cup shredded pepper jack 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup grated parmesan (freshly grated from an actual block of parmesan) salt & white pepper to taste rough chopped artichoke hearts (add as many as you like, you can also add cooked spinach too. Just make extra sure to squeeze every last drop of water out first or the consistency will break) Just mix it all together, Yum!
